该项目中是对主题园林的介绍，该主题园林位于一片海湾周围，介绍了热带地区的园艺学和园林艺术文化。纵观园中，便会发现大多花草已经盛开，草木生长的十分茂盛，颜色多种多样，它们组合在一起就像是一个天然的调色板，纹理清晰，芳香四溢，带给游客们一次难忘的旅行。
主题花园中有两个公开展示的收藏馆，一个被命名为“植物与人类”，另一个被命名为“植物与星球”。园林中的四个区域反映了新加坡的四个主要民族特色，同时还有新加坡曾为殖民地的历史。每个园林都蕴含了丰富的当地文化，并向游客们介绍了当地的植物品种。马来花园向人们展示了一个传统的小村庄内植被景观。印度园林则是以传统的荷花为主题，中式园林的设计是受到当地一些作家，诗人和艺术家作品的激发而完成的。最后的殖民地园林主要栽种了农作物，香料，被誉为“能量王国”。

The Theme Gardens showcase the best of tropical horticulture and garden artistry. Together with mass flowering and coloured foliage landscape, they form a spectacle of colour, texture and fragrance, providing a mesmerising experience for visitors.
The Themed Gardens feature two spectacular collections, one focused on ‘Plants and People’, the other on ‘Plants and Planet’.The 4 Heritage Gardens reflect Singapore’s 4 main ethnic groups as well as the city-state’s colonial heritage. Each Garden explores the rich cultural significance of different plant species:Malay Garden – the story of life in a traditional village，Indian Garden – inspired by a traditional lotus flower motif，Chinese Garden – inspirational places for writers, poets and artists，Colonial Garden – the story of crops, spices and plants as ‘Engines of Empire’。
